Looking at Relationships with EAT

Relationship issues may be between couples, families, friends or co-workers, sometimes these are minor blips which can be resolved easily but sometimes communication difficulties make these issues seem insurmountable. When talk therapy isn't helping we can work through these communication breakdowns using Art Therapy to externalise the issue and perhaps help each participant see the others viewpoint. Then this new knowledge can be taken to work with the horses who reflect back to us so perfectly when our behaviours are unhelpful in maintaining good relationships with another. Time in nature can also help with self reflection and slowing down, which in turn helps us work through communication issues.

Couples sessions run for 90 minutes, larger groups/times can be negotiated.
